It aims to efficiently and correctly parameterize the industrial spaces, taking into account the existing grids and the infrastructure possibilities offered by the module that hosts the industrial space.

Fitout
After designing and customizing the spaces and completing special customer demands, the installation of specialized manufacturing, technology, office equipment and furniture is followed. Urbano Parks will keep you close to your tenant partner for these processes to take place efficiently.

Operating support
After the partner moves into the rented space and starts the activity, our team will ensure the parameters of all the systems in the industrial park. Urbano Parks will maintain a close collaboration with tenant partners on the entire renting period.

We provide the auxiliary services necessary to carry out your activity by serving the particular needs, in order to streamline processes. We conclude partnerships with local companies to ensure a high degree of security, quality related services, cleaning and maintenance of outdoor spaces, land management, maintenance and management of buildings.

Extensions / improvements
Depending on the business development, the tenant partners may request the extension, reconfiguration or refurbishment of the rented spaces. Urbano Parks will provide support to meet these eventual / potential objectives, in the shortest time and taking into account the available grid and the conditions offered by the construction through its modularity.
